Its pvc insulation allows it to pass the VW-1 flame test, makes it moisture resistant and oil resistant only when oil does not exceed 60 to 80 degrees celsius. With a 105°C maximum temperature and 600V rating, it’s ideal for use in appliances, circuits, ballasts, control panels, motors, switchboards and transformers.

UL 1276 14 AWG 41 Strand 60C – Bare Copper
UL 1276 14 AWG pvc appliance wire is constructed with stranded, bare or tinned copper conductors. Its durable and flexible pvc insulation makes it oil and heat resistant, allowing it to pass the VW-1 flame test. With an 80°C maximum temperature and 600V rating, it’s ideal for use in AC’s, refrigerating and cooling equipment and systems.
