UL 1275 18 AWG pvc appliance wire is constructed with stranded, bare or tinned copper conductors. Its pvc insulation allows it to pass the VW-1 flame test, makes it moisture resistant and oil resistant only when oil does not exceed 60 to 80 degrees celsius. With a 105°C maximum temperature and 600V rating, it’s ideal for use in appliances, circuits, ballasts, control panels, motors, switchboards and transformers.
